Larry Steven Eggleston

July 10, 1952 — October 29, 2017

Larry Steven Eggleston, age 65, died on October 29, 2017 in Provo Utah.  He was born on July 10, 1952 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Paul and Jewel Eggleston.
Larry loved horseback riding, hunting, fishing, bowling and anything to do with sports.  He graduated from Jordan High School in 1971.  He made many friends during his 22 years at Medallion Manor where he showed leadership and friendship to many.
Most important to Larry was spending time with his family; he could always make us laugh.  He was so kind, appreciative, and fun loving.  He taught us so many lessons in life and how to keep it in perspective.  Larry never complained about what life dealt him.  He has truly been an angel amongst us.  Larry has been the “glue” that always kept our family together.  We have loved you forever and we always will, may peace be with each of us until we meet again.
He is survived by Mother: Jewel Black (John Showalter), Sisters: Sharleen (Earl) Peterson, Sandra Harding (Mark), Kathy (Lanny) Putnam.  Brother: Bruce (Julianna) Eggleston.  Nieces and Nephews: Denyce (Jay) McKee, Dennis (Kara) Peterson, Shane (Patti) Bellows, Dustin (Brandy) Bellows, Colin (Patricia) Eggleston, Haly (Travis Harper, Jewel (Gary) Marlowe, Justin (Eri) Merrill.  Stepsister: Karalynn Snugden.
He is preceded in death by Father: Earle Paul Eggleston, wife Kim Eggleston, Grandparents: David and Anna Gillen, Earle and Edith Eggleston.  Stepfather: Dale Black.  Nephew: Jason Bellows.
Funeral Service will be a private family viewing held Saturday, November 4th, 2017.  A Celebration of Life will be in Caldwell, Idaho on his birthday July 10, 2018.
