Larry J Hill

Larry J. Hill Age 74 passed away July 14, 2016 after a 28 year battle with Parkinson Disease. He was born in Murray Utah, November 13, 1941 to Thomas Vern and Carissa Hill. Larry enjoyed life to the fullest especially with family and friends. He loved sports, camping, fishing, boating and anything funny. He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Larry was his grandchildren’s #1 fan and treasured all they did together. Larry received his Eagle Scout award at the young are of 12. He then went on to own and operated 2 Arctic Circle’s for 38 years. He always enjoyed interacting with his customers and was much more than a boss to his employees. He is preceded in death by his parents and Brother David. Larry is survived by his Bride of 52 years Marilyn and 3 Children, Roni (Taz) Smith, Robert (Jeannie) Hill and Jana (Aric) Muhlestein, Brother Ferrin (Maurine) Hill 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and his sweet dog Sammy, as well as many loving in-law’s, and nieces and nephews. There will be a funeral service held in Larry’s honor for Family and Friends on Monday July 18, 2016 at 11:00 AM with a viewing 1 hour prior to the services. Services will be held at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery located on 6500 South and Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Interment to follow services at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
