LaJune Sharp Vincent was born Sept 9 1933 the youngest in the family to June Bennion Sharp and Ida Giles Sharp. She passed away on February 5, 2021 at her home. She was 87.

LaJune attended elementary and high school in Salt Lake City. In 1944 she went with her family to South Africa where her father was called as mission president. She attended school for the next 3 years in South Africa.

On Aug 12,1952 she married Randolph D. Bergesen. To this union five children were born. They later divorced. She went back to school so she could gain better employment to support her children, working several jobs during that time as well. Her family meant the world to her.

On Nov. 5 1982 she married Richard Edwin Vincent in the Jordan River Temple. To this union 4 step-children were added. They made their home in Sandy and finally in South Jordan.

LaJune was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a strong testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ. She served as a teacher in Primary, Mutual and Relief Society. She wrote and directed many Roadshows.

She was an awesome seamstress and made many dresses. Along with that she made blankets for her grandchildren and great grandchildren when they were born.

LaJune for many years sang and preformed with the Sweet Adelines a time she loved dearly. She played the piano and had a beautiful voice. It was a joy to listen to her sing.

We as her children are so grateful for her love and teachings and for the legacy she has left for us and all of her posterity.
