Kristi Ann Jorgensen, age 47, passed away on October 19, 2017, in Bountiful, Utah. She was born December 20, 1969 in Salt Lake County to Sandra Hamby Jorgensen and Donald J. Jorgensen.
Kristi graduated from Bountiful High School and attended Weber State University. She enjoyed her work as a CNA and caregiver.
She is survived by her Aunts and Uncles Jim and Lori Hamby, Sue and John Tietsort, Sherrie and Kort Delost, Steve Hamby and Joe Hamby. Cousins Danny, Jessi, Meagan, Ken, Jennie and Karl as well as many friends.
Kristi was preceded in death by her mother, father and grandparents.
Kristi was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 25th at 11 AM, at Memorial Lakeview Cemetery, located at 1640 East Lakeview Drive, Bountiful, Utah.Service Information
