He was a man of many talents & traits. He loved his music and guitar and LOVED to play for his wife, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family on his spare time or any chance he had! He loved the gospel and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he was a very spiritual man of god!!!
He is survived by his only son David Siola’a Fotu and wife Makelesi Fotu, 4 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren: Tevita Siola’a Fotu and wife Carolynn: Malachi Fotu, Sione Fotu, Havea Fotu, Abinadi Fotu, and Helaman Fotu, Tevita Fetu’u Fotu, John Fangatua Fotu and wife Ashley: Tevita Fotu, Craig Fotu, Persaia Fotu, and Salome Fotu, Lavinia Manumataongo Folaumahina and husband Keola: Kione Folaumahina, Hekoti Folaumahina, and Aina’kea Folaumahina. Also survived by brother-in-law and children: Apai Latu ‘O Muitoa: Anaise Latu, Paame Latu, and Fifili Latu, Brothers and Sisters and children: Isileli Fele’unga Lataimaumi, Tapaita Lataimaumi, Hulu ‘Otungua Lataimaumi, Halangahu Lataimaumi, Talaheu Lataimaumi, Faifekau ‘Uhiua Lataimaumi and wife Mele Finau: Lesieli Lataimaumi, Faifekau Ha’angana Lataimaumi and Mele Lataimaumi: Lesieli Lataimaumi, Tupou Lataimaumi, Sione Lataimaumi, and Tevita Lataimaumi, Fifita Holeva Lataimaumi Tupou and husband Sitani Tupou: Bojorn Tupou, Monna Tupou, Tupou Veiongo, and Hulu ‘Otungua Tupou, Kafoika Lataimaumi and wife Malama Lua: Sione Lataimaumi, Isileli Moa’ivao Lataimaumi, Filisione Lataimaumi, and Fifita Lataimaumi.
He is preceded in death by his late wife Lavinia Longo Maumi, Father and Mother: Sione & Lesieli Kaufo’ou Lataimaumi, and Sister: Tupou Veiongo Lataimaumi.
Funeral services will be held on June 26th, 2018 at Redwood Memorial Estates located at 6500 South Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, Utah from 8am-10:30am for Friends and Family. Bishop services will be held at 11am-12pm.Service Information
