Kenneth J. Sanchez
“Beloved Husband and Father”
Kenneth J. Sanchez passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 22, 2014. The legacy this man leaves behind will last an eternity. He was the best dad in the world and the greatest grandpa ever.
Kenny fathered three children with Patricia Espinosa; Staci (Rich Martinez), Selena and Salvador. He remarried in 2000 to Suzy Allison and has one step-son, Eric. He also leaves behind five grandchildren; Donovan, Chantele, Mike, Lyndsi and Chandler; four great grandchildren; Layla, Taesyn, Kenzlie, and Karter. He is survived by: his siblings; Angie, Danny, May, Ronny, Nancy, Joseph, Christina, and Patrick. His loving wife, Suzy and two dogs, Rocky and Diesel were his greatest companions. He is preceded in death by: father, Alfred Sanchez; mother, Theodora Sanchez; and brother, Jay Sanchez.
Kenny was a man of pride, discipline, and strength. Our dad was a caring, lovable, and generous man, who would stop at nothing to help a friend in need. Although he had four children there are countless people who looked up to him as a father figure. He won the hearts of many being the charming, compassionate man that he was. Clocking in 37 years at UDOT, he acquired countless friends and acquaintances.
Ken had many passions which included boxing and mixed martial arts, for this man was never out of shape a day in his life. His friends and family always counted on his company come fight night packing his living room to the brim. He also enjoyed spoiling his grandkids, playing with his great grandkids, ’58 Impalas, Elvis Presley, and relaxing at home watching Chef Ramsey with his greatest companions.
“You will never leave our hearts.”
“You will never leave our thoughts.”
“We will always love you.”
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm, Monday, July 28, 2014 at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan.
