Kelly Blaine Cook

Kelly Blaine Cook, 54 years old, died on December 30, 2016 at his home in Salt Lake City.  He was born February 13, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Kaye F. Cook and Wade Rue Cook.  Kelly loved meeting new people and could strike up a conversation with anyone and loved to joke around.  Kelly had beautiful penmanship and loved to show it.  We will fondly remember his sense of humor, his love for food and his love for his family.
Kelly is survived by his daughter, Talisha Clark; grandson, Colby Clark; mother, Kaye F. Cook of Utah; brothers: Danny (eldest) of Montana and Kevin (Kelly’s twin) of Utah; sisters: Kaylyn Cook of Utah, Misti Turner of Pennsylvania, Malinda Neff of Utah and Michelle Cook of Nevada.  He was preceded in death by his father, Wade Rue Cook and brother, David Lester Cook.
A Memorial Service will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017, 10:00 am at the Jefferson LDS Ward, 1883 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115.
