Our sweet baby girl, Kaylee Emma Hwang-Chadwick passed away at home on July 13, 2016. She was born May 12, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah to James and Tiffany. She has two loving sisters, Kya and Kylie.
Kaylee loved to hold her head up and look at her world. She loved to cuddle in our arms and laugh and giggle. We love her and will miss her dearly.
Funeral Services will be held, Friday, July 22, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Drive. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Memories may be shared at www.memorialutah.comService Information
