Kathryn C. Kearney

Our beloved mother departed this life on this day April 1, 2019. She worked at many different places throughout her life, but the job she enjoyed the most was being a mother. Although she suffered many health issues throughout her life including lengthy stays at Shriners hospital as a child, strokes and a hip replacement later in life. She remained happy and had a deep faith in God.
Though we are suffering the loss of our devoted mother, We invite all who knew this wonderful woman to come share thoughts, and prayers, memories of her life with us. It is a time to celebrate that she is free from pain, and the shell she shared with us all here on Earth. We know she is running through the fields, and jumping as high as she can now that she is with our Lord and Savior.
She was the most loving, caring, and kind person, all who knew her loved our beloved mother. Please join us for a celebration of the life she shared with all she knew.
She is preceded in death by her father Roy Eldon Barnes, grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and distant cousins. She is survived by her mother Erma Lee Tennison, son Scott (Sheila Munro) Kearney, and daughter Jan (Gene Carter) Kearney.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew this loving tender soul. God bless.
A viewing will be held Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM, all at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT, 84123.
