Kathleen Nancy Law, 82, of West Jordan, UT, passed away peacefully in the evening of June 3, 2024 at 11:40 PM in her home. Kathy was born on January 12, 1942 in Salt Lake City to Johanna Marie and Wayne Leroy Elmen. Kathy had a love for country music, especially Toby Keith, gardening, and taking her grandchildren shopping.
It was no secret that Kathy battled with mental illness after being diagnosed in her 30s up until June 3rd, 2024. Her loving and loyal husband stood by her with every doctors appointment and hospital visit since her diagnosis.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Johanna and Wayne Elmen and her younger sister MaryAnn. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, David Law, their three children, DelRae, Scott, and Brody Law, her older sister Colleen, and youngest sister Barbara, her nine grandchildren, Jason Hutchings of AZ, Desiree Hutchings-Simmons of AZ, Chalease Karterakis of UT, Cathi Robinson of MD, Tory Law of UT, Keira, Keaton, Kinley, Kamden, all of AZ, and her 10 great-grandchildren.
