Karma Godfrey

Beloved mother, wife and sister, Karma Godfrey died on September 7th, 2020 at age 82 in West Valley City. She was born on July 1st, 1938 in Salt Lake City to her loving parents Stanley Webb and Glenna Theobald Knight.
She married Veron Godfrey on June 21st, 1968 in the Salt Lake Temple. Karma graduated from East High School in 1961. She obtained her Associate’s degree of nursing from BYU in 1965 and her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 1995. She enjoyed doing ceramics, knitting, quilting, and leatherwork. She played the piano and organ. Karma enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and attending baseball and basketball games.
She is Survived by her husband, Veron Godfrey, son, Scott Godfrey and sisters, Kaylin Wolf and Cheryl Cooper. She is Preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Glenna Knight, sisters, Charlene Weaver and brothers in law, Dennis Cooper and William Wolf.
A viewing will be held Monday, September 14th, 2020 at 10:00 AM and the Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery located at 6500 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
Per a Salt Lake County mandate, face masks are required at all viewing and funeral services. If you plan to attend the Graveside Service, please feel free to bring your own chair(s) to ensure seating during the service.
