June T. Seo passed away peacefully on September 19, 2016 of natural causes. She was born on June 1, 1922 in Stockton, California to Takeo and Tomi Atagi. She married Fred Seo on December 28, 1954 in Salt Lake City.
June enjoyed taking care of her granddaughters, trips to Wendover and Las Vegas and was a loyal fan of the Utah Jazz. June is survived by son Paul and wife Karen, granddaughters Stephanie (Jake) Muir and Katherine; sisters Merry (Lou) Nakagawa, West Jordan UT; Virginia (Tom) Fujishin, San Jose, CA and Betty (Art) Fujinaka, Kaneohe HI. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Fred, brother Richard, sister-in-law Mary, and sister, Dolly (Yosh) Miya.
Visitation with the family will be held Friday, September 23, 2016 from 9-11am with the funeral service to follow at the Salt Lake Buddhist Temple, 211 West 100 South, Salt Lake City.
