Died on September 19, 2019 in West Jordan, Utah  She was born on December 25, 1941 in Murray Utah. to Julius Lamb and Cora Clair.  She married Raymond Rodgers on November 30, 1985.
Julia rode with the Silver Spurs then Latigo and Lace riding clubs for many years, She groomed dogs in her home for many years to raise her children then later help watch her grandchildren. She loved to sew and craft with her grandchildren. She loved all animals and even let strays in.
She is survived by her children Jerry Bills, Brian Bills, Cheryl Freeman, Julie Ostrander, Jolene Moran (Jason).  16 Grandchildren and 33 Great grandchildren.  Two brothers Ray and Ron Burrows.
Proceeded in death by Father Julius Lamb, Mother Cora Clair, Father Ralph Burrows, Mother Ida Burrows, Husband Raymond Rodgers, Children two sons Richard, Micheal, daughter Elizabeth.  Brother Art, Sisters Florence and Linda.  Daughter in-laws Deniene, Cindy and Wendy Bills.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 25 from 3:00-5:00 PM at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, located at 3115 E 7800 S (Bengal Blvd), Cottonwood Heights. Services will follow at 5:00 PM in the same location.
