Judith Congrove
“Mother to many, loved by all.”
Judith Congrove, passed away January 13, 2014 at her home. Born March 19, 1961 in Salt Lake City to Beverly Sainsbury. Married Mark Congrove June 12, 1981.
Judy was a wonderful wife, fabulous mother, amazing grandmother and all round loving friend. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City and attended West High School. She enjoyed spending time with family, camping, getting her nails done and bitchin’ at everyone. Judy had the biggest heart and was the glue that held our family together. She was the greatest cook and was known for her homemade ranch dressing and potato salad. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She said it was much easier to be a grandma than a mom.
Survived by her husband; children, Colt (Amanda), Anthony (Ashley), Johny, Brandon (Nikki), Jason, Beverly, Justin, and Chanelle; grandchildren, Tayler, Anthon, and Kyanne; siblings, Terri (Robert), Joe, David and Kerin (Scott). Preceded in death by her mother; father in law, Charles Congrove.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road. Viewings from 6-8:00 pm on Monday and again one hour prior to the funeral. Burial to follow. Online condolences at www.redwoodmortuary.com. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at any Mountain America Credit Union under Judy’s name.
