Juan Ramirez Tinoco, 90 years of age, was born in Yurecuaro, Michoacan, Mexico on April 27, 1934, to Esteban Ramirez Rico and Maria Jesus Tinoco. Juan started coming to the U.S. working in the fields on a contractor’s visa and worked his way up with integrity and loyalty earning himself a prosperous life and living his personal dream of owning a home and raising his children with the love of his life, Maria Ramirez.
Juan is survived by Maria Ramirez, his wife of 66 years. Together they had a total of nine children. Dora Angelica Ramirez is already awaiting him with open arms; he is survived by his other eight children and spouses, Gloria Tapia (Modesto), Elia Lopez (Lalo), Rosie Vasquez (Roberto), Maria Roestenburg (Kelly), Johnny Ramirez (Norma), Victoria Hernandez, Manuel Ramirez, and Angelica Lopez (Conrad) as well as his 26 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Juan generously shared a piece of his heart and soul with each one making sure that the moments and memories lived were always cherished and unforgettable, not just a moment of pleasant times. He will be profoundly missed and never forgotten, he will live in our hearts and memory for all eternity.
Anybody who knew Juan would tell you that he was the greatest gardener, that one-of-a-kind human being, Christ-loving, practicing Catholic, genuine, hardworking, and a loyal man who would give you the taco off his plate, the last cup of coffee, as well as the shirt he had on his back to make sure you were taken care of. Juan had a very large number of good friends and was well-known in his community; he was the one man you could depend on and will also be greatly missed by all those touched souls he left behind. He was proudly and lovingly welcomed by the ones who are already with our Heavenly Father.
