Joyce Swensen Vance

Joyce Rae Swensen Vance passed away May 25, 2014 in Murray, Utah. She was born January 11, 1935 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah to Ray & Nedra Swensen. On March 6, 1954, she married Terrell H. Vance who preceded her in death.
Joyce loved playing Bingo, making puzzles and watching “The Golden Girls.”
She is survived by her children, Terri Joy White, Cheryl Ann (Ron) Eaton, Chris Kendell (Sally), Brian Garnell (Tammy) and Shelly Rae Curtis. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Sisters: Diane Ottesen, Dot (Jim) Ivory, Jennie (Floyd) Madsen and brother Monte (Mary) Swensen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Terrell, Sr., son, Terrell, Jr. and granddaughter, Jamie Lyn Vance.
Funeral Services will be held Friday May 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Chapel, 3115 East 7800 South. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.mountainviewmortuary.com
