Passed away peacefully May 30, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on
May 31, 1930, in Twin Falls, Idaho to Greek and Lollie (Edwards) Black.
She married Gene Rousseau, in Twin Falls 1947, and they had two daughters. They later divorced, and Joyce moved to Salt Lake City. She took flying lessons, receiving her pilots license, and also earned her private investigators certification. While working as a telephone operator, she met and married Frank Naccarato 1953, and brought her daughters to Utah. Joyce and Frank enjoyed many of life’s pleasures together. Working on their home and yard, for which they won many awards, spending time and traveling with friends, and collecting many different treasures during their travels. She is survived by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank, brothers Claude and Ray Black, daughter Beverly, and her parents.
