On November 15th, 2024, a beloved member of the Chandonia family, Jordan Chandonia, 26, passed away unexpectedly. He is survived by his parents Gabriel Chandonia and Christina Chandonia and his siblings, Jaxson and Jemma Chandonia. He is also survived by his grandparents, Don Eveland, Sandee Eveland, and Kim Chandonia as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Chandonia, and grandmother, Marie Eveland.
Jordan was a bright soul in our lives with a protective instinct like no one else. He was kind and caring but also firm and unwavering in his convictions. The true definition of someone who puts others before himself. He always made sure everyone was protected and happy. He would help anyone he could at any time.
Jordan came into our lives on January 13th, 1998 at 10:46 PM at Pioneer Valley Hospital looking so beautiful. He was constantly told he looked like the Gerber Baby. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was passionate about preparing for the worst outcomes in life, while also hoping for the best. He also very much enjoyed, whether near or far, any activity he could do with his siblings and cousins.
Jordan’s life will be celebrated on December 7th, 2024 at 5:00 PM at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.
Colors for attendance will be Teal and Purple in support and recognition of Suicide Awareness. If you or anyone you know is struggling with mental health, please encourage them to contact the Suicide Hotline @ 1-800-273-8255.
