John VanCorler, age 57, returned home to his Heavenly Father on May 5, 2018. It is without a doubt that he was greeted with joy by the loved ones that returned before him. He was born December 11, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Virginia and Edward VanCorler. His quick wit gave him a sense of humor that was unsurpassed, it was impossible to be in a room with him without laughing. He was an incredible artist with a passion and talent for drawing. He had a great love and faith in the savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by his twin sister Kathy Riddle(Greg), sisters Allie VanCorler and Linda Holloway, his children Rebecca Hofeling, Bobbie Hobbs, and J.D. Hobbs, 6 grandchildren and many other loved ones. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 10:00 am at Memorial Holladay Cemetery 4900 S. Memory Lane, Holladay, Utah 84117. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to The Road Home 210 S. Rio Grande Street, SLC, UT 84101 www.theroadhome.org.Service Information
