Johnny Castillo

Johnny David Castillo, age 70, passed away on September 27, 2013 in Midvale, Utah. He was born on February 2, 1943 in Bingham Canyon, Utah to Joe C Castillo and Amada Trujillo. He married Alice Montoya in 1966. Johnny was a loving father and grandfather. He retired after working at Kennecott Copper Mine for 25 years. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. He is survived by brothers and sisters: Joe (Ann) Castillo, Mary (Larry) Haskell, Margie (Chuck) Bolton, & Rita Polteno; his sons: Jason & Eric Castillo; 3 grandsons: Jordan, Elijah, & Emilio. Preceded in death by his parents, Joe & Amada Castillo. A special thank you to Invision Health Care for all your help and support. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4 at 11:00 am at St Therese Catholic Church, 624 West 7870 South in Midvale, Utah. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6-8:00 pm at the church and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Park, 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, UT.
