Joe Rubi

Joe passed away peacefully on July 26, 2015 surrounded by family.
Joe served as a parachute jumper in the Army for four years. He then worked for PMT for 20 years as well as for Southwest Airlines for a number of years. He also spent some time working for the Humane Society, animal control.
He married Teddy Rubi and had three children, Monica Degooyer (Jim Degooyer), Anthony Rubi, and Joy Estridge (Cecil Estridge) and granddaughter Roxann Rubi.
Joe is preceded in death by Dulce Perea (Mother), Bennie Rubi (Father) and Sarafina Lucero (Mother in law).
Joe is survived by Teddy, their children and five grandchildren.
Teddy would like to thank Pastor Tony and Margo Roberts for all their love and support.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 31, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84123 with a viewing one hour prior. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 P.M. Teddy would like to invite you to join her and the family for a luncheon after the services at Hope Community Church, 4115 W. Sams Blvd., Kearns, UT. 84118
