Joann Barr

JoAnn passed away peacefully on November 21st, 2018 in Clearfield, Utah. She was born on August 30th, 1943 in Long Beach, California. She married Randall Lancaster Barr (Randy) on March 18th, 1978. She worked at the Yellow Pages division of General Telephone in California, followed by the accounts payable department of ZCMI in Salt Lake City, and finally at Pendleton Woolen Mills in Holladay. She enjoyed quilting, tole painting, and many other hobbies and crafts; Christmas themes and collecting Santas were her favorites.
She is survived by her son Bill, her brother John Bair, step-children Brandon Barr, Shawn Barr, and Amber McPherron, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Randy, sister Janice Richardson, and her parents Frank and Lucy Bair.
Graveside service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, November 27th, 2018, at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah; interment will immediately follow.
The family wishes to thank the Chancellor Gardens of Clearfield and Comfort WoRx Hospice for their tender and compassionate care for Mom.
