Joan Romney, age 89, died on March 16, 2020, in Bountiful, Utah. She was born on October 23,1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Henry and Josephine Swensen. She married Lowell Romney.
Joan like to read, especially biographies. She was a Pink Lady at South Davis Hospital. She had a business selling dolls, worked Sperry Univac and was an excellent seamstress.
She is survived by her son, Tom Romney; daughters: Gigi Romney and Mimette Romney; grandchildren: Riot, Heather, Jessica, and Neshia Romney, Gavion and Leah Grubaugh, Mina Jasaraj, and Nicholas Teigue.
Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Josephine Swensen; husband, Lowell Romney; and daughter, Heidi Romney.
Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, funeral services are by invitation only.
