Jimmie Edward Godnick

Jimmie Edward Godnick, 74, of Murray, Utah, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loved ones, including his cherished Lucy. Born on October 12, 1948 in South Salt Lake, he was the son of the late Edward Russell Godnick and Margaret Alice Robinson.

Jimmie was a successful Business Owner, and a war hero. He enjoyed building and creating masterpieces, four-wheeling with his daughters and family, watching his grandkids play sports, and playing solitaire on his iPad. He also enjoyed driving around town and getting ice cream with Lucy. He was quite the jokester and loved ice cream sandwiches and other late-night snacks with his grandkids. He was a collector of tools.

He is survived by his two daughters, Ashley and Haley (Kc), his little Lucy, 16 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his brother Russell and family, and his sister Darlene and family.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Cedie, and his niece Shauna.
