Jesse James Loveland Gilpin
“Go Jimmy Johnson”
Our beloved husband, father, son, and brother passed away July 16, 2016. Born May 24, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jesse and Barbara Jo Gilpin. Met the love of his life, Mary Mair, at Lowe’s and through 15 years and four children later, their love continues.
Jesse graduated from Kearns High School and went on to study at Washington State University. He was the Raiders #1 fan. He also enjoyed Nascar, golf and Wendover. Jesse was an excellent family man. He adored spending time with his children and tormenting them with his oldies music. Over his working careers, Jesse worked as a paint specialist at Lowe’s, as a bartender/therapist, in customer service at Humana, and as a night supervisor at Muir Copper Canyon Farms.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Mary; children Kincade, Jocelyn, Kylee, and Savannah; mother Barbara, and siblings Brooke Doyle, Tammy Loveland, Jerry Gilpin, and Tammy Gilpin. Preceded in death by his grandma’s Fern and Ruth.
Please join us for a celebration of his life at 3:00 pm, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, with a viewing one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at the mortuary for his four children.
