Jesse Gibson Jr. 71, passed away on January 2, 2017 at the Promise Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on September 25, 1945 in Salina, Utah to Jesse Gibson Sr. and Eva Mae McCabe. Jesse married the love of his life Melba Lou Eastman on August 24, 1973.
Jesse enjoyed camping, fishing, working out, and watching old western movies. He really adored the quality time spent being with his family.
He is survived by his wife Melba, daughter Cherree (Robbie) Cordova, son Jon (April) Gibson, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, three sisters and one brother.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Funeral services for Jesse will be 11:00 am on Monday January 9, 2017 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah. Friends and family may gather for a viewing one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be held at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
