Jeffery Lynn Duke, 61, passed away on May 26, 2014 in Salt Lake City. He was born July 3, 1952 in Salt Lake City, to Leo V. Duke and Georgia Penney Duke.
Survived by his loving mother, sister Donna, brothers Colin and Tracy; 5 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 great nieces and 7 great nephews. Preceded in death by his father.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 31, 2014 at the Kanosh City Cemetery, 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah.
