Jeffery Young

Jeffery Charles Young passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, September 28, 2014 after a brief and sudden illness. He was 42 years old. Born on November 25, 1971 to his amazing parents, Charles and Lee Young. He is survived by both, as well as his Sister, Keri Price; Nieces, Nickole and Ashley and Nephew, Justin.
On July 24, 1999 he met Daniel K. Frei, who became the love of his life and stood by him through it all, good times, laughs and tears. Jeff leaves behind Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, but his definition of family knew no bounds. He had friends as countless as the stars in the sky. His family would like to extend sincere thanks to each and every one of them. We will be happy to know that our beloved Jeff has no limitations now and can be with us now and everywhere, like the love he showed us. A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on October 11, 2014.
