Jeffery Tad Jeppesen

May 31, 1961 — April 26, 2022

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and son passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 due to medical complications.
Jeff was born on May 31, 1961 in Logan, Utah as the first child to K. Tad and Carolyn Jeppesen. He grew up in Taylorsville, Utah and attended Cottonwood High School where he excelled at football as a stand-out wide receiver. He graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1979. Jeff then attended Westminster College. He worked for First Security Bank of Utah for several years as a loan officer. Jeff later faced many health struggles that made it challenging for him to continue working. Jeff enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and going to the movies – especially anything with Sylvester Stallone or Steven Seagal.
In 2009, Jeff met his eternal companion, Rose Remoroso, online and went to visit her in the Philippines in 2014. A year later, they were married in the Jordan River Temple on May 21, 2015. They loved spending time together and going to the movies. Rose was always by Jeff’s side and cared for him with great love.
Jeff is survived by his wife Rose; his children Brandi (Eric) Ashby, Chelsea (Sam) Lake, Jordon (Brooke) Jeppesen; his son-in-law Jon Varner; his grandchildren Madison, Grace, Taylor, Jaxon, Boston, Liam, June, Remi, Crew, Oakley, Tatum; his parents Tad and Carolyn Jeppesen; his siblings Brian (Michelle), Jason (Kathy), Laurie (Eric), and Melanie. Jeff was preceded in death by his daughter Brooke Varner and granddaughter Lauren Varner.
