Jeannine was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 3, 1944 to parents, James Lanell and Genevieve Painter. She had 2 brothers, Richard and James and 6 children: Chris, Scott, Rodney, Brad, Brett, and Tracy. She was an active traveler and an avid bowler. She began her law career in 1974 helping George Diumenti and Kathleen Nielsen launch and establish their private practice. Later receiving her degree from Salt Lake Community College in 1993, she carried her talents to the Utah State Attorney’s Generals office in Salt Lake City. She was passionate about serving others and helping those in need. Her love for people and fostering long lasting friendships brought her and her husband to Pine, Idaho where they purchased Featherville Resort in Featherville, Idaho.
