Jean Marie Wielen Parry

Jean Marie Wielen Parry, age 88, died on May 17, 2018, in Garden Grove, California. She was born on February 10, 1930, in San Francisco, CA to Henry and Agnes Wielen.
She was sealed to Henry Edward Parry, III on December 8, 1951.  After Henry’s death, she married Ray Dunford in 2005. Ray passed away in 2010.
Jean was a loving, dedicated, forgiving wife and mother. She served her community, friends, and church with little deeds of kindness continually. She thrived on sunshine and ocean breezes. Jean enjoyed swimming, writing, sketching, nature walks, dancing, singing and playing the piano. She retired from Mercy General Hospital at age 70.
She is survived by Ron Parry, Susan Magoffin, Henry Parry, Mary Ninow/Thomaere and Matthew Parry, and 38 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Edward Parry; husband, Ray Dunford; and sister, Lois Cumming.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Murray Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah.  A gathering for family and friends will be held one hour prior to services at the same location.
