Our beloved son and brother, Jason Daniel Cammans, age 35, passed away unexpectedly August 30, 2015. He was born January 6, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah. His parents are Mark & Annette Thomas and Bruce Cammans.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Drive at 11 am with a viewing one hour prior to services. Interment at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 S Memory Lane (1990 E). Memories can be shared with the family at www.holladaycottonwoodmortuary.com In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Jason’s name at any Mountain America Credit Union.
