Jared Barton Sabourin-“TWAFO”
Our gentle giant passed peacefully in his sleep April 19, 2016 & is now free from the challenges he faced in life.
Born September 15, 1969 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jon Stewart & Ann Barton Sabourin.
He grew up a member of the LDS church in Holladay, Utah & graduated from Olympus High School & Seminary.
Jared enjoyed all kinds of trivia, 80’s sitcoms & movies. He loved spending his time listening to his extensive music collection & writing his memoirs. He looked forward to getting his daily Big Gulp from “Sev” which always brought a smile to his face.
Jared spent many exciting & countless adventures with his beloved cousins Robert II & Jefferson Pedersen. Whether it was a Jazz game, dinner at Olive Garden (his favorite) or visiting a haunted house in the Fall, Jared SO looked forward to when it was “time to party” with his cousins.
He cherished a lifelong friendship with his sidekick David Roestenburg & we’re so very grateful for their special relationship.
Jared is survived by his loving parents, his three sisters-Juliann & her son Jordan Walker, Janiese & Larry Frank and their children-Damien, Brecken & Mason, Jennifer & Leo Duran and their children-Victoria & Brandon. He is also survived by The Dever Family as well as Bryce Knapton.
Jared leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends who will remember his uniqueness with love & laughter.
He was preceded in death by his twin brother Jon.
Also preceding him in death were his grandparents Helena Stewart Sabourin, Dr. Ray H. and Helen Grant Barton as well as his cousin, David Pedersen.
