Mom was a strong determined woman who spoke her mind and loved a good laugh. She raised four children who grew up very independent and she loved each dearly. Mom had many jobs, her favorite was being a waitress, and if you don’t believe it, she would tell you that “she was a damn good waitress” followed by a laugh. Survivors include her children Michael (Marsha), Robyn (Larry), Ronald (Rhonda), Steve (Carrie); sister Lois (Gail); brother Alan, seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and her dog Sabrina. Mom is preceded in death by her husband Edwin E. Devey (Feb. 8, 2017).
With grateful hearts, our family would like to thank Janet Carr who looked after Mom in her home, Kim Grover from Summit Hospice and her staff who were so dedicated to Mom and the staff at Sunrise Senior Living.
