Janet Neely

Janet Neely was born on January 29, 1954, in Salt Lake City, Utah. On October 30, 2020, she went home to her beloved Mother and father (Barbra Cranney and Adelbert Cranney)
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her sisters Elizabeth Thompson and Patricia Higginson and her brother Lewis Cranney. She will be missed by her brother Alan (Charlene) Cranney.
She will be dearly missed by her children. Daniel Mangum (Nichole Mangum), Dustin Mangum (Laccey Warner), Emily Mangum, Douglas Mangum, and her partner Jim Reed. 18 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 2 more on the way.
She loved fishing, camping, spending time with family, her eyes just lit up whenever family came to see her. She was very much loved and will be missed by family, friends, and work-family (IMC MEDICAL CENTER).
Her funeral service will be held Thursday 11/5/2020 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. A viewing will be held Wednesday 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Thursday 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the same location.
We ask everyone to please be mindful as we will be limited to how many people will be allowed within the building due to COVID-19 restrictions.
 
Following Salt Lake County’s mandate on facial coverings, face masks are required at all public gatherings. Social distancing will be enforced. For those unable to attend the services, Memorial Mortuaries and Cemeteries are offering a live streaming of the funeral service on Zoom.
