Jan passed away in the early morning hours of January 30, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Su, puppy girl, Tanzi (Weewee, his nickname for her), sister Sharon, (Ed), twin brother Joel (Judy), sons Kelly and Dondi, daughter Jannie, grandchildren, great grandchildren, uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepfather, brother Dave, daughter Cindy, six puppy kids Korkie, Deja, Trusty, Tickies, Raphter and Keilo. No services planned at this time
