He worked 22 years for Wheeler Machinery where he made many life-long friends. Bill loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He and his wife enjoyed fishing trips together. He loved dogs, playing games with his nieces and nephews, and maintained a beautiful yard and gardens. Service to others came naturally. He was the first to volunteer his help. He also was an exemplary neighbor and friend.
Bill had a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and served in various positions in the LDS Church. He was a leader not a follower.
