Hugo is survived by his parents, his siblings and his children: Paola Andrea, Hugo Armando, Carlos Horacio and Chelsie.
Our family would like to special thanks to all family and friends who have expressed their condolences, also to Sta. Edna Rehab Center and Kindred Hospital team for caring for and helping Hugo in the last year.
