Howard Mills- Our “PA” passes away Aug 23, 2018, 100.5 years old. He was an amazing husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He was born and raised in Bountiful into a loving family, survived by daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren and family who brought him joy every day. “PA” was preceded in death by his wife, Nona, son, Bart, parents, brother and a sister. “PA” served as a proud Marine in the South Pacific area in WWII he was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart. A special thanks and love to J.T. and family. It takes a special young man to give up years of early adulthood to care for your great- grandpa. With gratitude to Heritage Place and Utah Home Health and Hospice for the amazing care you gave dad. Graveside service with take place Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 5:00 PM in the Memorial Lakeview Cemetery with the Marines to present military honors.Service Information
