Hilary Steahr

Hilary passed away peacefully at her home on Friday February 14th, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Hilary was such a loving person with a great sense of humor. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had such great passion for the ocean and sound of the waves. One of her greatest qualities was to never be quick to pass judgment on anyone. Her first job was at LDS Hospital in 1964, then later worked in the trucking industry and soon returned to the medical industry as a patient rep. for IHC where after 24 years of service (1988-2012) she retired. She is preceded in death by her father, son and grandson. Survived by daughters Diana (Charlie), Christina (BJ) and Kari (Jim). Also survived by four wonderful grandchildren: Josh, Ashlie (Chad), Alisa and Doug, as well as two beautiful great grandchildren, Tristina and Trinity; her brother Bill (Deanne) and her mom Elisa.
A gathering in remembrance of Hilary will be held for friends and family Monday February 24, 2014 at 10 am- 11:30 am at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah.
