Harold Jack Newbold born May 28, 1927 in Magna, UT. Lived as an adult and died in West Valley City, UT, December 5, 2017. WWII Vet. Retired SL County Fire Captain. Married in the Salt Lake Temple over 70 years ago. Served LDS missions with his wife to Belize and to the Philippines. Survived by his wife, Luella; daughters, Jean and Barbara; 12 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren; as well as friends of all ages from everywhere he went. Now reunited with his daughter Peggy and more of his friends and family. Short funeral services, Friday December 8th, 11:00 am at Memorial Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Drive with a viewing one hour prior to services followed by interment at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 S Memory Lane (1990 E).
