Gust Katsikathas

Our loving husband, father, grandfather Gust Katsikathas passed away on September 10, 2015. Gust was born May 15, 1930, in Artotina Greece, to Meltiathis Katsikathas and Vasiliki Kourlis Katsikathas. He married Sevasti Kontoyiorgos on March, 15,1967 in Craig Colorado. Gust is survived by his wife Sevasti, daughter Vasiliki, son Milton, and grandchild Maria, his Sister Athena Damarelos, Brother Yani Katsikathas and several loving cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as a sister, Elaine. A viewing will be held Monday Sept. 14th from 6-8 p.m.at Deseret Mortuary – 36 East 700 South, SLC, UT. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Cathedral. Gravesite dedication will immediately follow the funeral and will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Countless hearts are broken over the loss of this remarkable man, but each of us is forever grateful for the privilege of knowing him and being loved by him.
