Geraldine Turpin

Our loving sister, mother and grandmother, Geraldine Turpin, passed away peacefully at Fairview Care Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, January 8, 2018. She was born September 26, 1962 in Murray, Utah, to Reed and Beverly Youngdale Turpin. Geraldine will be remembered as being loving, caring and kind. She also had a great sense of humor, and a desire and willingness to serve others. She enjoyed crocheting, coloring, making blankets for babies, and visits from her children and grandchildren. Geraldine is survived by two sons, Robby Wyatt (Kaycee), and Brad Turpin; 6 grandchildren, Abbey, Jaden, Brigham, Eliza, Benson and Claire Wyatt; siblings, Rita Ellis (Steve), Margie Burke, LaRae Woodard, Carolyn Sorrels (William), and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Barbara Friesen, and a nephew, Chase Turpin. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 S Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah, at 2 p.m., with a viewing at 1 p.m. prior to the services. Graveside services will be held following the services.
