GEORGIA RUTH DALTON
As the morning rays began to dawn September 19, 2014, Georgia Ruth Dalton, age 84, quietly slipped through mortal hands and into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father.

She remarried David Isaac Dalton September 11, 1953 and was later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on January 4, 1966.
She was an entrepreneur of many occupations in her lifetime. When her children were older, she worked at Granite School District Foods. She invested in several rental properties, on one large farm above Nephi, was the owner of Cousins Factory Outlet, and several other endeavors.
War and marriage at age 16 interrupted her education, but when her children were older she enrolled in night classes and obtained her diploma from So. High in the 70’s.
She raised a second generation family when Jeremy Dalton (Emily) and Jennifer Dalton (Melinda Shelton) came into their home as babies.
Several grandchildren at one time of their lives would also live under her roof or would rent an apartment from her.
She is survived by children: C. Richard Greenhagen (Faye), Jerry Lee Greenhagen (Glo), Sharon Ruth Linschoten, Marlin James Dalton, David Greg Dalton, Karl Joseph Dalton (Vanessa); 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and siblings: LaVone Stokes, Gene Powell (Ranae), and Theo Powell (Ruthie).
