George Nick Kolovos

January 19, 1936 ~ January 26, 2025

Born in Murray Utah to Nick George Kolovos and Martha Parodi. He was raised on a truck farm. He joined the US Army and served in Germany. He was honorably discharged. He owned several bays in Murray and he loved people. He married Marilane Steinlay Davis in 1980.They farmed together and got certified as an organic grower. They sold Basil and produce to Park City and Pioneer Park Farmers markets. He is survived by his wife, her son Troy his wife Jen, and their sons, Coleman and Jeremy.
