Born September 3, 1938, Long Beach, CA, to Mitchell and Anna Belle Hazelwood Kay. Served an honorable 2 year LDS mission to Australia 1960-1962. Married Donna Dee Hemingway June 3, 1962 in the Los Angeles, CA LDS Temple for time and all eternity. U.S. Naval Service 1956-1962 with honorable discharge.
Survived by wife, two sisters (Jewel "Judy" Marie Frost Moulton and Shirley Ann Drumwright), daughters Kathleen DeeAnne (Mike Pinkston), Jerilyn Donelle (Gordon Wilcox), Melan Denise (Erick Gremlich), and grandson, Ethan Erick Gremlich. Preceded in death by twin daughters, Liljana Dee and Stana DeeLynne. Died February 6, 2014, Reno, NV, cardiovascular disease.
Viewing will be held on Friday February 14, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S. Highland Drive, Holladay, UT. Graveside services will be held on Saturday February 15, 2014 at 11 AM, Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 Memory Lane Holladay, UT. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Donna Kay to help with expenses.
