George Henry Huber Jr passed away on October 5, 2019
surrounded by his family. He was born on April 2, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah
to George H Huber Sr and Katherine Stones Huber. After proudly serving in the United States Army he married the love of his life Ivy B Huber on June 30, 1961. Together they had 5 children, Debbie, George (Tina), Christine, Stephanie (Wade), Shelley (Greg), 17 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren. Dad loved and cared for mom with all his heart. Dad loved spending time with his kids and grandkids and teaching them all that he knew. He enjoyed hunting fishing, camping, his favorite vacation spot was Flaming Gorge. Dad loved being surrounded by his family. Dad made us who we are today, He accepted others in to the family as his own.
Dad was a very loving, caring and a gentle man and was loved by all who knew him.
George is proceeded in death by his parents, sisters Kathy and Doreen and brothers Leo and Jerry, son in law Marco, 2 Great Grandsons Max and Kooper and many other family members.
Dad will be greatly missed, loved forever but never forgotten.
We love and miss you Dad and Grandpa.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 12, 2019 at 10:00 am at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan Utah 84123
with a viewing Friday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, and one hour prior to the service beginning at 9:00 am. Interment to follow at the same location.
