Gayle Buxton Dazley

Gayle Buxton Dazley, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend returned home to her Father in Heaven on Sunday, October 13th 2019. She was born December 15, 1947.
She always welcomed friends to her table, would give you anything you needed if she had it to give and offered shelter to many. She enjoyed camping, reading, sewing and crafts. She loved spending time with her family. She loved holiday parties which she always wanted to host at her home. She looked out for her siblings from a young age and still liked being their big sister. She loved being a mother but her grandkids were her sweet spot.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ted Buxton and Evelyn Bills, her husband Joseph Carl Dazley, her daughter Bethinee Kay Dazley Bojorquez, her brother Dale Elmo Buxton and his wife Gladys Buxton.
She is survived by her brothers Ted Buxton, James Jacobs (Karen), Luke Jacobs (Debbie), and a sister Jana Jacobs. She had some siblings by her father and loved them the same, Phillip Buxton, Jon Buxton (Pattie), Lisa Hansen, Sonia Palmer (Darrell) and Kent Buxton. Her surviving children are Deron Dazley (Jenette) Candace Dazley, Wayne Dazley (Kellie), Jonette Boekweg (Tony). Many grandkids Deron Dazley Jr. (Tasha) Brandon Dazley, Alexa Dazley, Trever Dazley (Trina), Travis Dazley (Ashley), Sonny Sessions (Scott), Tyler Dazley, Erin Boekweg, Bailey Da Silva (Pedro), Emma Boekweg, Carson Boekweg, Keagan Dazley-Bojorquez, Akasia Bojorquez and Armando Bojorquez. She had 10 great grandchildren. She also had many nieces and nephews whom she loved and treated as her own.
She will be missed as matriarch of the family.
An evening viewing will be held Friday, October 18, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT, 84123. A funeral service will take place Saturday October 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM with a viewing one hour prior at the Kearns 7th Ward, 4000 West 5905 South, Taylorsville, UT, 84129. Interment to follow after funeral services at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery.
