Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, age 75, passed away August 5, 2015 in West Jordan, UT. Born January 4, 1940 in Soda Springs, ID to Clarence and Rhoda Schneider Muir. Married Marla Cheryl Flynn. Gay was a local barber in Kearns, UT for over 50 years. His passion was woodworking. Through his talent for woodworking he received many awards.
Survived by his wife of 52 years, Marla; children, Valene (Mike) Dubbelman, Troy (Gay) Muir, Trent (Jan) Muir and Bryan (Jodie) Muir; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT with a viewing one hour prior to the funeral. Interment to follow.
