Frank Arthur Lugo

Frank Arthur Lugo, age 33, passed away on February 22, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born on May 3, 1991, in San Diego, California, Frank's life was marked by the love he provided as a devoted husband and father. He married Echo Kai Deatherage on April 6, 2016, and together they welcomed two beautiful children: Emina and Matisse.

Frank was a loving soul who enriched the lives of everyone around him with his kindness and understanding. He was not only an exceptional son but also a supportive and caring brother to his siblings, Jennifer, Rosalie, and Arthur. Frank's warmth and compassion extended to a large family, including many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

His family and friends will remember Frank for his wonderful spirit and the countless moments of joy he shared with them. His passing leaves a void that will be felt deeply.

Frank is survived by his wife Echo; daughter Emina; son Matisse; mother Elizabeth; siblings Jennifer, Rosalie, Arthur, and many nieces and nephews. 

A viewing will be held on March 3, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary located at 6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT, 84123. Following the viewing, a graveside service will take place at the same location beginning at 3:00 PM.

Frank Arthur Lugo will be dearly missed, but his legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
